Once you accept the commission all ToS apply doesn't matter if you read it or not.
GENERAL- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.- Commissions are just for personal use.- Clients cannot remove any watermarks or claim work as own.- DO NOT FEED TO AI ANY OF MY WORKS..WHAT CAN AND CAN'T DO-Can do:
Gore, Furrys (anthro/feral), scalies, other mythical creatures.-Can't do:
NSFW works, mechas, imitate other styles, or real people due to inexperience.May do an exception: Android/Mechas if the designs aren't too complex. ( ex. Protogen ).PAYMENTS-Prefered payment upfront.-Commissions over $30usd can be arranged on a 50% deposit and the other half due before delivery of the final product..COMMUNICATION-I will be giving updates of the artwork such as, sketch, render and any minor fixes that need to be done before delivery of final product.-Be sure of what do you want, the moment I start coloring changes to poses can't be made..DEADLINES AND DELIVERY-Artwork will be completed within 2-4 weeks. Notices of delays will be sent out if necessary..REFUNDS-Refunds can be requested before delivering lineart, after that refunds will not be issued.
